Our History and Qualifications
Integrated Systems Group, Inc. was formed in March, 2000. ISG was formally
incorporated in the State of Alaska in December, 2002.
ISG is the successor company to Western States Fire Protection of Alaska and
certain divisions of APi Systems Group ,Inc. ISG was formed from an asset
purchase of several operations formerly owned by APi Group, Inc. APi offered
ISG the opportunity to purchase assets and take over operations in Alaska
and parts of Texas.
The result of that decision is that it allowed ISG to bring an immediate presence into the marketplace,
continue to operate with its core field of expertise, retain some of the same staff, and to remain capable of
doing work in the locations with operations and beyond.
A significant amount of time has been invested in working with vendors and clients to assist in developing
new solutions in fire and gas Life Safety. As a result, the company has been involved with a number of large
projects with successful results.
With offices in Texas and Alaska, a full-time staff consisting of licensed, NICET certified senior technical
people. Our professional expertise extends to a full complement of NICET level III & IV personnel certified in
fire alarm and detection, special hazards and sprinkler design with RME status in various states. In addition,
we have experienced and qualified personnel in security and CCTV.
ISG has a corporate commitment to dedicate substantial resources toward full factory training of all
engineering/design and field personnel critical to that part of our mission which commits us to full "on-the-
ground" service capability.
